Dashboard Simulations (part of Bioteams) provides a world-class portfolio of proven business simulation games. These games provide transformative learning experience to participants. Renee is the founder of Beaty Partners and has more than 20 years of experience as a trainer, coach and curriculum developer. She is passionate about integrating multimedia into marketing materials, educational programs and special-events presentations. As a management consultant for Rath and Strong Inc., she helped leaders align management practices and business processes with organizational strategy and vision. She co-created many of Rath and Strong's products, including the Courier Simulation and The Six Sigma Team Pocket Guide. Earlier in her career, Renee was a senior vice president for sales at Citibank, after holding senior positions at MCI Telecommunications in sales, marketing and operations. Renee has a BS in psychology from the University of Washington. She also participated in Georgetown University's Doctoral Program in psychology, with a special emphasis in organizational development.

A serial entrepreneur, Mike ran an independent bookstore in Chillicote, Ohio, after completing his MBA. For the past 20 years, he has co-owned and operated a very successful business-cleaning service. Working with PAKRA to produce and script games, Mike relies on a deep background in communications and a love of words, order and video games. He holds an MBA and a BA in communications from Ohio University.
