Meet the PAKRA Team:

Rini DasRini Das

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Information Officer

Rini, a serial entrepreneur, conceptualized and led PAKRA since its inception in 2008. Prior to PAKRA, she started a very successful management consulting business spanning Operations, Corporate Functions, Sales, HR and IT. Much of her work focuses on increasing shareholder value via breakthrough improvements and innovations. For over 15 years she helped leading organizations (such as The Health Alliance of Cincinnati) and brand-name multinationals (such as Alliance Data, Aon Corporation, Eli Lilly, Northrop Grumman and Monsanto) navigate large-scale change. She authored various publications on process improvement, customer-driven product development and is a frequent presenter at Six Sigma and Lean forums. She teaches executives at the Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University and MBA students at the Mendoza Business School, University of Notre Dame. She received a M.A. in Economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Iowa.

Michelle StewartMichelle Stewart

Chief Production and Marketing Officer

Michelle has over 15 years of experience in areas including marketing, product design and development, call center operations, systems support, project management and training development and deployment. Much of her work has centered around B2B communications and marketing, social media marketing strategies, games-based project development, and training content/program development. Michelle is also an entrepreneur who has been a critical part of past start-ups including Electraplay Studios, an audio recording and engineering company, and PAKRA Games. Michelle has a strong background in Six Sigma and process improvement and has led numerous projects aimed at reducing process variation and waste. Michelle attended the Columbus College of Art & Design and the Ohio State University.

Robert (Bob) St. GermainRobert (Bob) St. Germain

Acting Chief Financial Officer

Bob is the Managing Director of the Midwest Region's Corporate Finance Associates. He has 35 years of leadership experience that includes service in the military, executive level positions in small to Fortune 500 corporations, an intermediary in a business brokerage and a Principal at private investment bank. He draws upon his years of strategic planning, M&A, and leadership experience to facilitate the valuing, buying, selling, and funding of privately held businesses in the middle-market with a primary focus on the manufacturing, distribution, and B2B service sectors. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy and his MBA in General Management from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University.

shravanShravan Thummalapelly

Project Manager

Shravan has over 7 years of experience in understanding and designing systems and systems architecture in a variety of domains including healthcare, finance, ERP and insurance. Much of his work has focused on providing technical solutions and increasing systems performance. Shravan holds a M.Sc in Information Systems from Kakatiya University, India and is currently pursuing his MBA from Dr. BR Ambedkar Open University, India.
