Anne-Claire France

Director

Anne-Claire is the president and owner of Houston Healthcare Innovations and a member of Pentacle Partners LLC. For 25 years, she's helped leading healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and clinical information systems companies improve their clinical, product development and operational practices and deliver better patient outcomes. She's a nationally known expert in patient safety and clinical outcomes management. She has published many articles in outcomes and patient safety related journals and books. Anne-Claire received a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Vanderbilt University and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the Department of Family Practice and Community Medicine at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston.

Pamela Schmidt-Cavaliero

Director

Pamela is the president of PSC Training and Consulting, and is a founding member of Pentacle Partners LLC. For more than 15 years, she has been structuring and executing corporate-level change initiatives targeted at strategic priorities (such as implementation of continuous improvement/Six Sigma, integration after acquisitions, and improving service levels while saving costs through Restructuring). She is also skilled in executive leadership development. Pamela holds an M.S. in Human Resource Education and Organizational Development from Fordham University.

Ashish Shah

Director

Ashish has over 11 years of experience in and managing testing products throughout different life cycles of the effort with an emphasis on quality, on-time delivery. Ashish is currently the Chief Executive Officer at SNS Technologies, a company that he started 11 years ago which works with entrepreneurs and startups in the software products industry to help them during the life-cycle of its products or technology-enabled services. He was previously the Vice President of Off-Shore Development at SpikeSource Software and also held positions at pcOrder.com and Trilogy Software Inc. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science from the University of Pune, India and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston, U.S.A. He also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Wizbots.

Anneke Seley

Anneke is the CEO and founder of Phone Works, a sales strategy and implementation consultancy. Anneke’s focus at Phone Works is helping large and small businesses build and restructure sales teams to achieve predictable, measurable, and sustainable sales growth while using Sales 2.0 principles. Anneke has over 30 years of sales experience and was the twelfth employee at Oracle. She was the designer of Oracle Direct’s revolutionary inside sales operation. She is also the co-author of the Sales 2.0 book. Anneke holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University.
